Your Eating Habits
Chances are that you have a 6 pack already but because of a layer of fat hiding them, you cannot see them. We all use our stomach muscles in most of our daily routine and have built them up over time. Stripping that layer of fat should be your first goal. You know what is good for you and what is not. Cut out the crappy foods now. I am not a dietician so I will not go into a list of good foods. You know the difference.
Your Physical Exercise
Now the hard stuff begins. You basically have to build the abs up to have them show although your grand plan is to be bigger everywhere so building abs is only a part of your plan. Your Attitude
You must be totally committed to getting abs and that means not being tempted to deviate off course. Have a red hot crack for 12 weeks and tell me the results are not there.
